Following the solar eclipse of December 4, join us in Circle as we guide you into your heart centre and bring out the Sol in you.

The afternoon will comprise of hot cacao, guided meditation and music, prompted journalling and painting - no experience or artistic skill whatsoever is necessary!

Setting an intention to connect with our sensual and creative sides, we will guide you through a light stretching flow, visual meditation, and meditative painting, all with the help of a cacao blend that Amy has hand-curated for this session.
